Oh, hello stress.

I haven't had a chance to talk to my mom in awhile. When I saw her today I told her about all the stuff I'm doing right now, and I realized just how crazy I really am. I always end up doing this to myself. I make too many plans, set too high of goals, and love every minute of it.

Yesterday I started training for a half marathon. I am not a runner, and I'm scared. The marathon is on May 1st, so that gives me 13 weeks to get my butt in shape. If I die in the process, I'm blaming my sister because she is the one who talked me into this craziness. But I've already recruited like five others, so it's going to be a blast.

I'm struggling through my second semester of grad school. While I do love the credential program, it's stressful. I just can't wait to actually be teaching, and have my own classroom.

Relay For Life is on May 22nd, and this year I am the team captain. Our team theme is going to be "Craft For A Cure". So cute, huh?! I will be blogging about that soon, because I need walkers, donations, and sponsors.

Liz and I started working on our supersecret project. I seriously can't wait to tell you all about it, I feel like I'm going to explode.

Style School is still going, even though I'm already way behind. It's okay though we have all year to catch up. I'm loving so many of the projects, and I already have supplies. I just need to craft, craft, craft. Good thing Liz and Iris are on their way over right now for a SS party.

I started reading the book for the Slow Readers Book Club this week. It's such a good book, I can't wait to get home and read it tonight. Too bad I don't love reading for class this much. Oh well.

Liz is hosting her second Stitch Swap in April (?) and I'm co-hosting. I had the best time last year, and I can't wait to start planning. You will all have to attend, you will love it I promise.

Last but not least, I'm still working for United Cerebral Palsy. I absolutely love my job and my students. It is a pretty high stress job, but it's worth it.

Okay, enough complaining/stressing. I'm going to go craft and forget about my daunting to-do list.

  3. Way to go on the half marathon! Wow. :) I wish I had that much will-power. ;)
Relay For Life is soo much fun! I've done it for years, but never been a team captain. Fun.
