Stitch Swap Love.

Well, this is obviously a little late. But Spring Break put me more than a little behind with school work, so I've been working like crazy this week. Better late than never right?

Last weekend was absolutely amazing. Friday night I went to the Rock and Worship Roadshow to see David Crowder Band and Mercy Me. It was perfect. Then Shereen and Josh come to stay with us for the weekend, and that was even more perfect. Come Sunday morning I really didn't want to see them go. Saturday was the Spring Stitch Swap, which was a total success. I got to hangout with some pretty awesome girls, drink lots of Go Girls, eat Pinkberry, and steal a bunch of awesome clothes. I even got a pink Anne Taylor dress (that fits PERFECT) and an adorable faux leather jacket (which I'm wearing in some of the pictures). And as if that wasn't enough to make me smile, we raised $165 for Relay For Life and we have 15 HUGE garbage bags full of clothes to donate to St. Johns Women's Shelter.

Here are a few of my favorite pictures from that day. To see the rest you can visit JP's Flickr.

Stitch Swap.

I'm so excited that the Spring Stitch Swap is only 23 days away! Liz, Ashlee, and I are in the final stages of planning (yay!). I sure hope that all of you in the Sacramento(ish) area are clearing your schedule for this one, you won't regret it. What is Stitch Swap, you might be asking yourself? Well, it's pretty much the most amazing event you will attend this year. On April 3rd, girls from all over the area are gathering up all their unwanted (but still awesome) clothes and heading down to The Urban Hive. Then it's time to swap and have a blast. You can bring whatever, and take whatever. We will have live music, a photographer, and some yummy stuff to snack on. Also, what's even more amazing about this event is that it's a fundraiser for two different charities. The money we raise through the admission will go to the American Cancer Society via Relay For Life. The clothes that aren't claimed by the end of the event will be donated to the St. John's Womens Shelter. If you have any questions or would like more information about sponsoring the event, let me know.

Be there or be []. (That's supposed to be a square, not a rectangle).
