Hey Honey!

I love honey (as in the honey bees make). I use honey as a sugar substitute in my coffee, I eat it on my zucchini bread, and sometimes when nobody is looking I just eat it by itself (shhhh don't tell anyone). I've started using honey more often now that I don't eat sugar/sugary foods. Not only is honey absolutely delicious, it's good for you, and if you buy honey from a local bee-keeper the pollen in it helps combat allergies. I usually just buy it from Trader Joes, but one of Jordan's co-workers sold Jordan a gallon of honey (for a super low price). His father is a bee-keeper from the area, and I got a nice surprise when I got home today. Look at that milk jug full of honey! I even got to fill up the antique honey jars I bought from a garage sale the other weekend.

In other news: I printed 1057 pictures from my wedding (I know it's been well over a year). I also printed a few hundred from the past year, to put in photo albums. So you know what I'll be doing this week!

  1. WOW that's a lot of pictures!!! Have fun with them :) The honey looks fantastic. I like it in my tea sometimes, but I should probably use it more than I do.
